- Faye Hollands Added June 13, 2018★ ★ ★ ★ ★My husband and I have been training with Alyssa at Fit For Change Personal Training for the last 6 months and I really can't recommend her highly enough. She's is the best trainer I've worked with, and I've worked with quite a few!
Somehow she manages to mix every session up so it's never boring, and the time flies which is always a plus when you're being put through your paces!
I have chronic arthritis in my back, and some long-standing running injuries, so I'm not a 'straight-forward' client, and Alyssa is brilliant at making sure I'm challenging myself and getting results whilst ensuring I don't do myself any further damage!
She's an expert in her field, and I love that she brings so much knowledge to each session, not only in terms of personal training, but also nutrition and injury management.
If you're serious about getting fit, looking after yourself, and getting long-lasting results, go and see Alyssa - you won't regret it.
